How to choose the bristle material for my process?
The choice of bristle material depends on three key factors: chemical resistance, operating temperature, and required hardness. PA6/PA66 performs well in most applications up to 80°C, PBT offers better moisture resistance, and for high temperatures, we recommend PTFE or natural bristle.
